As soon as we receive the confirmation from PAYPAL that your payment has been received, we will ship your order through CORREOS, the Spanish Post Office company. We will then notify you by e-Mail about the date of shipment and the Mailing Code, so that you may track the progress of your shipment.

Go to “Welcome”. Once there go to “Item Locator”. At “Individual tracker” enter the “Mailing Code” we have given you into the corresponding box and click on “Search”. In this way you will be able to track the exact position of your shipment until it has been delivered to you.
Your shipment in letter –or certified document– format will guarantee its delivery to the person designated as the addressee in your order. If it cannot be hand delivered, we will leave a written message to inform the receiver that he has 15 days to collect the item in a particular CORREOS agency, whose address will be indicated in the same message.
If at this stage the shipment has not been collected, it will be returned to the sender (VIP CROWN). We advise you to set your computer mailbox for Spams so as to receive our emails without any hindrance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
-For European destinations: between 3 and 8 business days.
-For destinations outside of Europe: between 7 and 15 business days.
