Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using VIP CROWN . By using and shopping on our Website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. As the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system’s capabilities or relevant laws and regulatory requirements), we recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made in the terms and conditions.
Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in unworn, saleable condition within 7 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing slip.
Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 15 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
Who will deliver the ordered ítem?
Your order will be shipped through a CORREOS Post Office to the address you provided at the time of your order. CORREOS will then provide us with a Mailing Code, so that you can keep track of the shipment throughout its progress. We will give you this Mailing Code in an email that you should receive shortly after we have received from PAYPAL notification of the payment of your order. Then you will just have to click on the given link to view the exact point of delivery of your item.
Can I order from anywhere in the world? Can we ship to any country or territory in the World?
The VIP CROWN e-Shop is accessible through the internet. You can place your order from any place from where you have access to the internet, browse the products and place orders for any and all items of your choice. We will ship your order to any address in the World. However we are not able to ship to The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Post Office Box addresses.
What are the delivery times?
Once you have received the email notification confirming shipment of the item, your order should arrive as under:
-Within Europe: between three and eight business days;
-Outside Europe: between seven and fifteen business days.
If you have not received the shipment, please notify the Customer Service (email@example.com). Our staff members will be more than happy to review the order and shipment and resolve any problem to your entire satisfaction.
How do I return items?
We accept to refund or exchange items. If for some reason or other you wish to return an item, you can do so without any problems on condition that you haven’t exceeded the 7-day limit beyond the day of purchase (the valid date is the one stamped on the receipt) and that the item is in perfect condition and has not been used. Complete refunds will be processed in the same manner as the items were purchased, within 15 days following reception of the returned items.

Track your order and view history
Please note that you bear the risk for the products you have ordered when the delivery is completed. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your statutory rights and remedies you have the responsibility of inspecting your products for any faults and, in the event, giving us notice of any complaints. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price when our Customer Service Team has handled your return. You also have the right to keep the defective product and ask for a reduction of the price.
Availability & Offer Validity
We endeavour to have all offered items in stock. In the event that ordered items are out of stock, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by e-mail and any payments will of course be refunded.
The prices and offers displayed on the Website are valid at the time they occur, unless other specific terms are stated on the Website. Pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes can occur.
The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store can be closed due to maintenance. For your convenience, we endeavour to execute such work in the night time.
In order to shop at VIP CROWN you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card accepted by us. If you have not yet turned 18 years of age, you must also have the legal right to enter into the agreement.
At the moment we can only fulfill your order if the delivery address is a home or office address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We may decline an offer or cancel a purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for any damages or costs. We will notify you by email in advance of any such action, to try and resolve the issue and will return any applicable payments made to us without deduction:
• Your payment information is incorrect or not verifiable;
• Your order may have been placed for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity;
• There was an unintentional error on the Website; e.g. a payment error etc;
• We have reason to believe you are a minor under the age of 18;
• We could not deliver to the address provided by you.
By placing an order on our Website, you are making an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.
We can only accept offers that are made through our Website.
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your offer before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping bag.
In order to protect our customers and maintain the security of shopping online, we may run verification checks on the data you submit when you place an offer. These checks may include address and payment verification and screening your offer to prevent fraud.

Credit card verification number
To maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your Card Verification Number (CVV) when paying with credit card. You can find the 3 digit number on the right of the numbers indicated on the back of your credit card.
When your order and data have been verified the payment will be deducted from your account. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
We put at your disposal –and just for your information- a tool for the conversion of currencies into the one in use in your country. This information is in no way contract-binding. The ultimate change of the currency will only take place when you are paying through PayPal.
